The Workplace of Tomorrow

Unmind asked us to drive strong engagement rates on their new mental health course for managers. We co-authored the course from the ground up, working with Unmind experts to deliver dense academic topics in a way that was both accessible and scientifically-accurate, for the everyday manager.

Translating academic course material into everyday and relatable language was only part of the story. Our research showed that managers often found training courses too theoretical and lacking practical information that they could genuinely use in their busy lives. To address this, we cast real managers who enriched the course with real-life examples of key concepts and brought a relatability to the course that expert psychologists and academics simply couldn’t.

We developed a visual identity that ran across all the work, designed content in bite-sized modules to make it easier to consume, and created a wide range of audio and visual formats that gave variety and flexibility to the course content – from soothing short animations to longer read texts, and informative video episodes.

A high performing course with an engagement rate that’s 4.5x industry benchmark. 100% of managers find the content helpful, and of those 89% felt more confident. 87% reported an increase in knowledge, and 95% reported positive outcomes from taking it.
